The food was absolutely exceptional, with a diverse and well thought out buffet for breakfast and lunch. The sweet treats were absolutely fantastic, and I couldn't resist going back for more. the spa facilities were top-notch, with a wide range of saunas, steam rooms, relaxation rooms, and lovely pools. It was a true luxury experience.
The hotel's location was not what I had expected. It was in a more built-up area than I had imagined.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is ideal, being close to the bus stop for easy access to nearby attractions like Merano. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry available for our convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Viktor and Matus, who made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this place to all.

This made exploring the surrounding area a breeze. the rooms were luxurious, with a real feel of comfort and elegance. I especially enjoyed the well-equipped spa, with its numerous saunas, relaxation rooms, and beautiful pools. the staff were friendly and always willing to help, with Viktor and Matus standing out as particularly helpful. the breakfast and lunch buffet offered a diverse selection of delicious food, including amazing sweet treats.
One minor drawback was that the hotel was located in a slightly more built-up area than what I had anticipated. once inside or at the pools, the surrounding town quickly faded into the background, ensuring a tranquil and peaceful stay.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the luxurious feel of the hotel. the exceptional food was definitely one of the best aspects of my experience. the hotel offers a diverse buffet for breakfast and lunch with fantastic sweet treats, and the dinner menu is a la carte with a daily menu. the spa was very well equipped with many saunas and steam rooms, relaxation rooms, and lovely pools. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel's location is also convenient, close to a bus stop for nearby towns.
One thing to note is that the hotel is in a built-up area, which may be a little overwhelming at first. once you're inside or at the pool, you'll forget the noise from the town.
